In their own words

“It has made our evenings so much easier!”

“Weeknight dinners used to be one of the most stressful parts of my day. After work and picking up the kids, I often ended up ordering takeaway because I had no idea what to cook. The meal prep system helped me get organised and prepare several meals in advance. I love opening the fridge and already knowing that dinner is practically sorted. It has made our evenings so much easier!”

Amanda C., 30sNurse & Mom of Two

“The best part is how simple and realistic the system is.”

“I was spending too much money on takeaway simply because I didn't have a plan for the week. I always thought meal prepping would take hours, but the 60-minute system changed my mind. I now spend a little time preparing ingredients and meals at the weekend, which saves me so much stress during the week. The best part is how simple and realistic the system is. I'd recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule.”

James R., 40sOffice Manager

“I've also noticed that I'm wasting much less food.”

“Before starting, I was constantly asking myself what to eat and usually ended up making something random at the last minute. I love having a weekly plan and knowing that most of the preparation is already done. The system is easy to follow and doesn't require complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. I've also noticed that I'm wasting much less food. Definitely one of the most practical habits I've picked up!”

Sophie M., 30sFreelance Designer

“It's simple, flexible, and saves me time when I'm busy.”

“My workdays are unpredictable, and cooking dinner every evening was becoming a real chore. This approach helped me get everything organised in advance without spending my entire Sunday in the kitchen. I especially like the idea of preparing ingredients that can be used in different meals throughout the week. It's simple, flexible, and saves me time when I'm busy. A great system for anyone who wants to get more organised.”

Daniel P., 50sBusiness Owner

“Meal prepping has made such a difference to our weekly routine.”

“I used to feel like I was constantly running out of ideas for family dinners. Some evenings we'd cook, other evenings we'd order food because everyone was tired. Meal prepping has made such a difference to our weekly routine. I love having ingredients ready and being able to put meals together quickly. It's taken away so much of the daily decision-making. I wish I'd started doing this earlier!”

Laura B., 40sTeacher & Mom of One

“Great for anyone who wants to save time in the kitchen.”

“I wanted to stop relying on takeaway and start cooking more at home, but I wasn't very organised. The 60-minute meal prep system gave me a structure that was easy to follow. I now prepare a few meals and ingredients ahead of time, which makes weekday cooking much easier. I still need to improve my consistency, but it's been a really useful change. Great for anyone who wants to save time in the kitchen.”

What busy families ask first

I'm not a good cook. Can I do this?

Yes. Week 1, Starter, is three dinners and about 35 minutes of prep. Every step of the hour has an animated demo and a timer, in the order that saves time.

Does it really take 60 minutes?

Week 1 is about 35 minutes, week 2 about 45, weeks 3 and 4 about 60. The oven and the stove work at the same time while you chop, and the app tells you what to do next. Your first one may take a little longer while you learn the steps.

Will my kids eat food cooked days ago?

They don't have to. The hour cooks building blocks, and every weeknight you finish a different dinner fresh in about 10 minutes: tacos one night, pasta the next. Thursday and Friday come from the freezer, so nothing sits for days. Every dinner has a kid plate: the same food, nothing mixed, sauce on the side.

We have allergies or a special diet. Will it fit?

The quiz asks about vegetarian, pescatarian or no red meat, and about dairy, gluten, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. Every dinner and every grocery list leaves them out, and you see your own first week before you pay. No plan uses pork. For a serious allergy, always check labels.

Will it work for my family?

A 1-minute quiz asks who's eating, your diet, allergies and what your family won't eat, and shows you your own first week for free, grocery list included. Amounts are set for 1 to 6 people. The meals are simple, everyday food.

Will it work for me?

The Day 1 and Day 28 check shows you, in your own numbers, your takeout nights, your home-cooked dinners and your food stress. If it's not for you, you get your money back.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Your usual pans and a set of food containers.

How long does it take each week?

One prep hour a week, 35 to 60 minutes. On weeknights, about 10 minutes to finish dinner.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for the 4 weeks and keep them. Nothing renews. After the 4 weeks there is an optional monthly membership, Bruno's Table, if you want new weeks planned for you. Nothing is added unless you choose it.

What phone do I need?

Any iPhone or Android phone with a browser. You add the app to your home screen in a few seconds. No app store.

What if I miss a week?

Pick up where you left off. Your 4 weekly plans wait for you, and the 15-Minute Backup Meals cover the busy nights.

Will the price go up?

Yes. $47 is only for the next 100 members, or until the date shown at the top of the page. Whichever comes first. Then it's $69. Join now and you pay $47 once, and never more. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

When do I start?

Right away. Your link arrives by email within a minute, and your first week is ready in the app. Your first prep can be this weekend.

How do refunds work?

Email us within 30 days of buying. We refund in full.

Is this a diet or medical plan?

No. These are simple everyday meals to save you time and stress. The meal plans are general information, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or a food allergy, talk to your doctor.
